The Indoor Trampoline - Very
Versatile!
Many people envision a place in the middle
of a spacious location when the term ‘trampoline’ is stated. What a lot of people do not know is that they can also
purchase an indoor trampoline instead of the normal outdoor type. The indoor type trampoline is
smaller and a much more convenient and portable device. Although many people feel that the indoor version is just
suitable for children, adults can also use it for different purposes as well. These functions can either involve
recreational or training purposes.
As a proof of the statement that the indoor trampoline is
becoming popular nowadays, the different variations of it will be discussed hereafter.
The Different Indoor Trampoline Variations
The first variation is a nursery type of trampoline. And as the
name implies, this type of trampoline is
especially made for children that are interested in the device at an early stage. The special thing about this
trampoline is that it comes with a special handle where children can hold on to while bouncing up and down. This
handle serves as a guide and safety net for the children since their balancing capability is not that keen
yet.
The next variation of this type of trampoline is the Joey
trampoline. This one is the same as the nursery type because of the handle but it is different because the handle
is actually detachable. This means that as soon as the child gets older, the parents can already remove the handle
from the trampoline. The Joey trampoline is very versatile.
The next type is the child sport trampoline which is suitable
for children from ages 7-10. It is very safe because the surrounding edges of the trampoline are actually covered
with pads. Even if the child gets carried away and something bad happens, the child will still be
secured.
The fourth variation of the same type of trampoline is the
soft-bounce. This one is best for those who are active in sports and other aerobic exercises because its design includes padding all over the springs and its edges.
Even if some strenuous routines will be performed on the trampoline, the user will be assured of his/her
safety.
The last type of trampoline is the inflatable variation. This
is also convenient for kids as most of them love to jump up and down the beds in their home. The storage of this
trampoline is also very easy as it can be deflated when no one is using it. Aside from the storage issue, this type
of trampoline can really be enjoyed by the kids because of the type of material used for it. Inflatable trampolines are very portable and can
be taken even to a beach resort or in an area near a pool. You don’t really have to worry if it gets wet
because the materials are suitable for wet environments.
It is true that the benefits of an indoor trampoline are not
like the ones that can be experienced from the outdoor types, but in the same way, the indoor types offer several
benefits that cannot be found in the outdoor trampolines. It is just up to you to determine whether your chosen
type of trampoline will really suite the needs of your family.
